Meet The Facilitators:
David and Victoria Glass have been married for nearly 30 years and have made building a strong, lasting marriage their personal mission. From the start, they’ve been passionate about investing in their own relationship, and helping others do the same. Over the years, they’ve participated in and led a variety of marriage programs, including FamilyLife Today, Focus on the Family, Marriage on the Rock, Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage, and most recently, Marriage Insights Training by the Marriage Insights Institute, where they now serve on the advisory board.
Together, they’ve raised one son and opened their hearts and home to more than 20 foster children. With backgrounds spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, they are entrepreneurs at heart, driven by a shared purpose to serve others and “leave people better than we found them.” Though originally from Montana and well-traveled, David and Victoria now happily call Texas home.

Chris and Tara, co-founders of MII, faced their own marital challenges and sought answers for long-term transformation and connection. In 2019, they discovered Personality Insights, gaining valuable knowledge about their personalities and communication patterns.
Inspired by their own transformation and excitement to let the whole world know that they found the missing combination to open up communication in marriages, Chris and Tara launched Marriage Insights Institute with Dr. Robert A. Rohm, the World Leader In Communication And Relationship Development.
Chris and Tara call Austin, Texas home, where life is full. With three adult children, three lively grandchildren, and a passion for strengthening families, they’ve made it their mission to bring unity to the Bride of Christ—starting right where it counts: in the home, with marriages. Yes, you will receive class materials for two.
- The live training each week will be delivered via Zoom. It’s a free video platform you can download at Zoom.us and create your free account.
- You will need an adequate internet connection.
The course is instructor led and self-led. This is our 12-week relationship training class. All 12 lessons will be taught LIVE on Zoom.
You will have lifetime access to your personality assessment. You will have one month after the final class to access any video training.
Absolutely! The best gift you can give those you love is for them to see the change in you. It takes two to form a pattern, but only one to break it.
Manuals will be shipped a week before class starts.
No quizzes or tests! You will receive an online personality assessment, however there is no right or wrong answer.
Your facilitator will be live on Zoom and you can communicate through the “chat” feature. You can also email us at support@marriageinsightsinstitute.com
Of course, we encourage you to make every effort to attend LIVE, but we understand life circumstances happen. You will be sent that week’s video the day after class. You will have 14 days to view it. It’s important you stay up to date.
You will be able to communicate with the whole class in the Zoom chat during the LIVE training. Also, the after class discussions continue over in our private Facebook group. You will be sent that link to join the group once you join the class.
Yes, you will be provided the digital version of the manual to print off. And your assessments will be provided to your email address. (Note: The class is only in English)
